The Process

The mountain shapes in this design were initially created as a cut-paper collage and then refined digitally and presented to the client as a rough mockup to help visualize what it would look like in the space. Detailed brush strokes layer over the solid shapes and the outline of Mount Katahdin’s peak is featured above. This mountain is the end point of the Appalachian Trail when completing the thru-hike from the South.
